Facilities Operative – Newcastle 

The Education Network are currently recruiting for two reliable and hardworking Facilities Operatives to support the maintenance and upkeep of school premises across sites in Newcastle. 

This is a full-time role working 5 days per week, offering the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

The Role:
Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of school buildings and grounds
Carrying out basic repairs, maintenance and site checks
Ensuring school premises remain safe, clean and secure
Assisting with health and safety procedures across sites
Travelling between 2 sites in Newcastle and 1 site in SunderlandRequirements:
Previous caretaking, facilities or maintenance experience preferred
Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licence
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Good understanding of general maintenance and site duties
Enhanced DBS on the update service is desirable, or...
