    Our client are a well-known organisation based in Milton Keynes looking to add Facilities Manager to run their asset portfolio.

    Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facilities across the portfolio
  • Manage and monitor hard and soft services, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and building systems
  • Lead on health & safety compliance, ensuring adherence to all statutory regulations
  • Manage supplier performance, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and manage annual facilities budgets, including cost control and reporting
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Support workplace improvement initiatives and projects
