**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in critical facilities management, including facility, technical and team management.
- Experience managing mission critical facilities portfolio.
- Experience as a Facilities Manager or Chief Engineer within a critical facility.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
