As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Client regarding all operational matters. What You'll Do :
Operation & Maintenance:
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. Oversee PPM works where required. Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues. Perform facility inspections for quality assurance following local regulations; suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
