Your Mission
This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building facilities. The role includes identifying and resolving issues across various spaces, ensuring functionality and safety. It also involves cross-departmental communication, particularly with headquarters, to align operational needs with strategic initiatives.
As part of the General Affairs team, this role covers a range of business support functions, including safety and security operations, and requires the ability to plan and execute new projects under management's direction. What To Expect
(Facility Management) Develop and report annual and mid-/long-term plans for facility inspections and maintenance. Compile and submit performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) on facility operations. Manage facility maintenance and renovation projects according to project type.
