We are seeking a **Bilingual Facilities Maintenance Technician** to support daily preventative and corrective maintenance at a large residential property. In this role, you will help maintain common areas, troubleshoot facility issues, complete work orders, and ensure all systems and amenities remain safe and fully operational.

This position is ideal for someone who is team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to communicate effectively in both **English and Spanish** .
