Job Summary:
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall operational efficiency of restaurant facilities, equipment, and utilities. The role ensures that all branches maintain safe, functional, and compliant facilities to support smooth restaurant operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Preferably a Licensed Engineer.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in facilities, building, or restaurant maintenance operations.
- Experience handling multiple branches is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, kitchen equipment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork and branch visits.
