Position Summary

The Facialist Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the operational performance of assigned clinics and Facialists to ensure consistent compliance with company standards, customer service excellence, treatment quality, operational procedures, and clinic protocols. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and field supervision to maintain efficient clinic operations, employee discipline, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all branches. The position will directly report to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
