**Job Title: Fabricator**
**Job Description**
A successful applicant will conduct metal fabrication and welding daily, primarily working with steel. This position involves various types of structural welding, including preparation, welding, and finishing operations. The applicant must be able to read, interpret, and understand detailed design prints and be in good physical condition to work in a steel fabrication shop environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work directly with the shop supervisor, customer, drafter, and peers to produce finished products.
+ Interpret drawings and fit materials to print.
+ Be proficient in modern welding techniques and equipment.
+ Possess a good working knowledge of wire and filler material applications for various steel fabrication.
+ Apply finish grinding using manual and power tools.
