The Opportunity: Senior M&A Associate

Fluent Software Group is looking for a Senior M&A Associate to help build and manage a growing portfolio of software businesses , while continuing to drive new acquisitions globally.

This is a true ownership role . You will be accountable for a set of existing portfolio companies while simultaneously sourcing and executing new deals.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on relationships, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to grow into a long-term operator-investor role rather than a transactional M&A seat.

Portfolio Ownership & Growth

• Take accountability for a group of existing Fluent portfolio companies
• Act as a long-term partner to management teams, supporting growth, performance, and value creation
• Build deep, trusted relationships with founders and operators post-acquisition
