F-16 Field Support Engineer (FSE) Core Associate Manager (Level 4)

This position will be located in Greenville, South Carolina or Fort Worth, Texas.

What You Will Be Doing

• The position is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Monitor risk across functional lines on program and project status, and interface with customers.
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes, attending customer generated meetings as required, understanding the challenges of fielded personnel, working across functional organizations.
