External Moderators – Faculty of Humanities Job Description

Remote position.

Lyceum College invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced academic professionals to serve as External Moderators within the Faculty of Humanities. Moderators play a critical quality assurance role, ensuring the credibility, fairness and academic integrity of our assessments across all Humanities programmes.

Moderators provide independent oversight of assessment instruments and marked scripts, validate the quality of marking, and support continuous improvement through expert developmental feedback to internal examiners and Module Leaders.

Please note: Individuals appointed as External Moderators may not simultaneously serve as Module Leaders or internal academic markers within the same programme or qualification. Moderation Areas (Thematic Clusters)
