The opportunity

EY Grants Accelerator (EYGA) is a solution that enhances grant administration, financial tracking, and regulatory compliance. The role is part of EYGA’s multi‑phase digital and cloud transformation programme. As the UX Designer, you will shape end‑to‑end user experiences across interconnected systems, balancing architectural constraints, platform standards, and human needs.

You will work closely with solution architects, developers, business analysts, and change teams, translating complex system designs into intuitive, accessible, and coherent user experiences.

Responsibilities

You will be involved throughout the lifecycle — from discovery and user research through low‑ and high‑fidelity design, to handover, QA support, and continuous improvement.
