As a Retail Field Coach at Tiffany & Co., you will partner with store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach for client experience and performance. You will conduct daily client interaction observations, facilitate trainings for business objectives, and track coaching conversations.

• Observe, monitor, and coach teams to ensure consistent delivery of the Tiffany client experience.
• Coaching for client experience and performance through observation of daily client interactions on the sales floor.
