About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Contracts & Export Coordinator to play a key role in managing our sales contracts and supporting the smooth delivery of our customermitments.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring contracts are processed accurately, shipments are delivered on time, andpliance standards are upheld across the business. You’ll work closely with multiple departments, customers, and external bodies, helping to deliver an exceptional service every time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Contracts & Order Management

Review and process sales contracts and orders within our MRP system

Ensure all entries are accurate,pliant, and aligned withpany procedures

Maintain up-to-date contract files and departmental records

Shipping & Logistics

Prepare and managepliant shipping documentation

Coordinate shipments from initiation through to successful delivery
