What is Expert Sales Planning?
The role is involved in strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects, initiatives, and KPIs. The role reports directly to the Sales Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and research of new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs.
- Establishes effective monitoring through periodical reports and dashboards of sales activities & targets for all channels.
- Works with the relevant regional team members for enhancing capability, advocacy, and product penetration at retail.
- Will be responsible to assign sales targets to sub regions accordingly and ensure business growth.
- Will be able to designing promo for the channel to achieve Gross Add monthly targets.
