We are a Merton Children’s Services provider recognised by Ofsted as outstanding. We operate a blended practice model that combines Signs of Safety, systemic practice, and relational social work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of families and children with complex needs.
• Deliver statutory safeguarding services and support early help.
• Work with partner agencies and colleagues to safeguard children effectively.
• Apply the Effective Support for Families in Merton framework to act quickly in families’ lives.
• Lead and support best practice, particularly in an Experienced Social Worker role.
• Participate in reflective supervision and take advantage of enhanced training in systemic practice, Motivational Interviewing, Restorative, and trauma‑informed practice.
