With the business continuing to grow and develop we are looking for an experienced shepherd to join the team at Flagstaff Station. You’ll get to work across a diverse landscape on this farm, from high country to rolling hills and productive river flats.

Flagstaff Station Holdings is a progressive farming business established in 2023, farming 3,500ha across two diverse properties in Northern Southland. We run 28,000 stock units of sheep, beef, deer, and cereal cropping, with operations split between our high-country farm Flagstaff Station in Athol, and Tower Ridge, an intensive finishing block near Balfour.

Key duties include:

• General day-to-day stock work across all our stock classes – sheep, beef and deer.
