Main duties of the job

Become a pivotal member of our Supportive Reablement Team and have a positive impact on individuals' lives post-hospitalisation and rebuilding confidence.

As a passionate occupational therapist your goal is to support people to be as independent as possible. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making. You will conduct strengths-based assessments and design innovative reablement plans tailored to individual needs, encouraging independence and minimising long‑term care needs.

With the autonomy to manage your time and schedule, you'll be able to provide bespoke care to individuals in your diverse caseload, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.
