**CNC Machinist ($24-$27/HR)**

**Job Description**

This role involves setting up machines, interpreting blueprints, and using measuring tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience with mills and lathes and is comfortable working with modern CNC controls in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines, including vertical and horizontal mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
+ Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements and ensure parts meet design standards.
+ Perform machine setups, including selecting and installing tooling, workholding, and fixtures for CNC mills and lathes.
+ Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to feeds, speeds, and tooling to maintain quality and productivity.
