You'll be the heart of the service department, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure vehicles are running smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions using diagnostic tools (scanners, multimeters, pressure gauges, etc.)Inspect engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, and other vehicle systemsPrepare repair plans with cost estimates and obtain customer authorization before starting workRepair and replace faulty components per manufacturer specifications and service manualsTest completed repairs to confirm functionality and safetyDocument all repairs and parts used on service ordersCommunicate technical issues clearly and professionally to customers<...
