PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an **Experienced A&P Technician** to join our Wichita-based team. In this role, your skill and precision will directly impact the safety, performance, and reliability of customer aircraft—ensuring they’re ready for every mission.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft with minimal supervision.
+ Interpret and work from mechanical engineering drawings.
+ Perform and document work per manuals, FAA regulations, and company standards.
+ Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and aircraft component repairs.
+ Conduct aircraft weighing procedures.
+ Operate and maintain aircraft ground support equipment and industrial vehicles (scissor/boom lift, forklift).
