PAY

• Guaranteed total earnings: $20–22/hr depending on experience.
• Base pay is $16.90/hr. If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed rate, we make up the difference.
• Where you start is based on what you bring. The better you are from day one, the stronger your starting rate.
