Job Scope Assess clients' fitness levels, physical abilities and limitations through consultations and evaluations. Design and implement customised programs focused on improving strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance, mobility and overall health. Adapt exercises and equipment usage to accommodate clients' needs (including physical, sensory or cognitive challenges). Collaboration and Communication Work closely with healthcare professionals, clients and caregivers to align fitness programs with therapeutic plans. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and their available support networks. Client Interaction Provide 1:1 or 1:group training sessions while ensuring a safe and motivating environment. Educate clients about proper techniques, postures and movement to prevent injury.
Job Requirement Min Diploma in Sport Science and above Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
