What the role is: You will be responsible for a wide range of finance functions to ensure the smooth running of operations in the President's Office.
What you will be working on: - Financial Operations : Coordinate with shared services centre to process payroll, payments, collections, deposits, recoveries and staff claims. Ensure payments are made accurately and promptly to vendors and internal stakeholders. Conduct reviews of existing processes and guidelines to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancement. Recommend process improvements to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency.
