Role Overview This role supports the Head of Property Management in overseeing logistics and industrial assets, including facilities operations, tenant coordination, compliance, budgeting, and service provider management, while also driving asset enhancement initiatives and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities - Property Management: Oversee facilities management services for assigned logistics assets, managing outsourced service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with the Leasing Manager as a supporting liaison to tenants and authorities, ensuring effective communication on operational, fit-out, and compliance matters.
- Oversee tenants’ fitting-out works in accordance with the tenants’ guide.
- Provide timely updates on service outages or scheduled shutdowns, and respond promptly to emergencies and tenant feedback with minimal disruption.
