Position Summary
The Youth Empowerment Specialist plays a key role in designing, delivering, and refining community-based initiatives that meaningfully engage children and youths. The specialist builds authentic relationships, creates safe developmental spaces, and supports youths' social-emotional growth. This role engages directly with youths, facilitates groupwork, enables volunteers, and strengthens community outreach. Key Responsibilities
