Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm


Executive Support Specialists provide concierge-level support to various executives with multifaceted organizational responsibilities. Individuals in this role are technically-versed resources who possess excellent customer service skills and effectively manage issues executives experience. They serve as the primary support to Mount Sinai Health System and Icahn School of Medicine executives and act as liaisons between the executives, administrative assistants, and other technology teams. Duties include but are not limited to:


Responsibilities
  • Providing all levels of IT End User support for executives on campus, at remote sites, or at home which might require travel.
  • Coordinating support for executives with complex calendars; making considerations for their appointments, meetings, travel, and occasional rescheduling.
