Ensure that residents comply with the Centre’s Rules and Regulations.
Setting up of Individual Care Plan for all residents.
Responsible for the Clinical Intervention components in the Centre (include counselling and caring services).
Assist in ensuring safe custody of residents.
Work closely with other departments/government agencies/Healthcare institutions.
Ensure that the security measures are adequate in the Centre.
Assist Deputy Head of Home in submission of reports of all serious incidents and occurrences of unusual and serious nature pertaining to staff and residents to the Home’s Management Committee.
Work in close liaison with law enforcement, welfare regulators and other related agencies.
