Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Plan and publish content across cluster social media platforms, including copywriting, scheduling and basic asset coordination.
Execute the social media content calendar in alignment with brand campaigns, property activations and seasonal initiatives.
Support localisation of global and regional social media campaigns for the Singapore market.
Manage day-to-day community engagement, including monitoring comments, direct messages and online feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with property teams to ensure accurate responses and service follow-ups where required.
Assist in the creation of visual and video contents, including short-form videos, reels, photography selections, captions and asset organisation.
Support social coverage of property events, launches, media visits and partnership activations.
