Responsibilities
Executive Support Manage and maintain schedule of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director and ensure that he/she is prepared beforehand Handle and screen all forms of correspondences, including calls, emails, faxes, post, etc. on behalf of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director Conduct research, analysis on subject matters and advise Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director on appropriate responses and next steps Assist Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director in other aspects such as personal finance, social and community engagements Co-ordinate with senior managers on corporate activities General Administration Prepare reports, letters, memos, proposals, presentations and other documents Document all correspondences neatly and securely, and ensure accessibility Organise and attend meetings, and record minutes Arrange travel activities of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director, including visas and accommodations People Management Supervise ...
