Purpose of Position All aspects of Sea Freight Pricing, Development and Procurement including and not limited to day-to-day procurement support, system support on costing, GP analysis and GP improvement.
Key Task Pricing and Procurement
- Maintenance of cost on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and share with relevant operational stakeholders
- Setting up and maintenance of MSR to share with relevant stakeholders
- Key Client monthly rate support
- Handle rate enquiries from network and Commercial team
- Vendors credit term / limit maintenance
- Assist operations / billing team on pricing related concern
- Support RFQ for both FCL / LCL
Development
- Relationship management with transporters, co-loaders and vendors
