1. Handle and supervise the accurate and timely movement of ocean freight to- and from specific locations within the service standards agreed with the Customer
2. Handle and supervise all Vendor facing communication and shipment related internal communication between DSV stakeholders
3. Supervise the execution of country specific customs clearance processes
4. Supervise multimodal FCL, LCL pre/on‑carriage services (Hinterland Transportation) by truck, rail or barge
5. Create solutions‑and pricing for FCL, LCL ocean freight Hinterland Transportation services for internal Ocean Operations, Trade and Sales Teams
6. Participate in ad‑hoc projects related to business process improvement (Internal and External)
7. Take on additional tasks (e.g. create / update ISO procedures) during department performance review and/or annual scheduled events (e.g. audits) as assigned by superiors
