Record and manage each enquiry in dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow up. 
To ensure the customer transaction is seamless, meeting the customer expectations of experience within the timely manner. 
Understanding of key performance indicators, given from the line manager. 
Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale. Administration 
Responsibly follow the documented sales process, complying to company and legal requirements. 
Support the customer in the understanding of the process and requirements to fulfil the purchase of a new vehicle. 
Support the line manager to maintain the sales operations to the desired standards in display and presentation.
