Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Executive Recruiter to lead global hiring for senior and critical roles across multiple markets.

We want someone who can hunt like a headhunter, think like in-house, and deliver like a business partner. You will drive end-to-end executive hiring, partner closely with business leaders, and play a key role in building leadership teams from 0–1 in new markets (e.g., Brazil, SEA).

What You’ll Do

• Lead hiring for mid-to-senior & C-level roles globally
• Own end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closing)
• Build pipelines across SEA, Brazil, and international markets
• Partner directly with business leaders on critical hires
• Drive market mapping, talent insights, and salary benchmarking
