Chobani is seeking an outstanding Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles across our Supply Chain organization—including Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Maintenance & Reliability, and Environmental Health & Safety. This role is critical to elevating our operational excellence and ensuring our plants, networks, and teams are led by bold, curious, high-impact executives who thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate is a disciplined search expert with deep knowledge of supply chain and operations talent markets. They are an advisor, strategist, operator, and closer—comfortable partnering directly with plant leaders, functional SVPs, and C-suite executives while running highly complex searches with urgency, rigor, and exceptional quality.
