The Controller of Housing (COH) department regulates developers in the sale of uncompleted properties with the aim of protecting buyers who are buying off-plan. Developers are required to comply with the regulations and guidelines in the sale of the properties, e.g. use standard Sale and Purchase Agreement, comply with show unit rules.

As an Executive Property Market Analyst, you will be required to:

• Review policies related to protecting buyers’ interests and enhancing market transparency
• Deploy AI tools to analyse data for sensemaking and inform policy decisions
• Process applications from developers, e.g. licence applications, amendments to the standard Sale and Purchase Agreement
• Ensure licensed developers comply with regulations and guidelines
• Handle feedback from buyers and members of the public
• Meet with stakeholders to understand industry practices
