            Provides technical, operational for successful implementation of multiple projects at a time 
Provide guidance to ensure projects meet objectives, deadlines, and budgetary requirement. 
Determine budgets, timelines and cost estimates for project design and construction. 
Manages budgets, project staff, subcontractors, task schedules, change orders and project risks (quality and revenue recognition), invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and budgeted project gross margin 
Development of project programs and project execution plans. 
Oversee project compliance with local regulations and industry standards. 
Internal and external project reporting. 
Contract management and reporting. 
Leading Planning, Design, procurement Construction , commissioning, handover phase and liaising with Contractors and Developers. 
Management of sub-consultants. Quality and HSE assurance.
