Review and verify the completeness of account opening documents submitted by various business units. Collaborate with Account Managers, Legal, and Compliance teams to address issues related to account onboarding, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
Maintain proficiency in established Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and guidelines.
Report and escalate control issues, service lapses, and other concerns in a timely manner.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
