This role involves creative direction, menu development, and management of the pastry team, while maintaining a focus on innovation and excellence in culinary presentation.

Job Responsibilities


  • Lead and train pastry staff, providing guidance on techniques and presentation standards.
  • Develop and design new dessert recipes, keeping up with industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring all items are fresh and properly stored.
