A newly renovated and recently expanded upscale resort & casino in Northern California's beautiful wine country is in search of an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to oversee quality in house-made dessert and dough production for multiple resort outlets and elegant private events.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced, but extremely fun and rewarding environment, so candidates must be extremely highly organized and able to skillfully delegate and prioritize. This position starts at $100k/year, plus bonus, with room for growth, development and advancement.

• California residents are strongly preferred
• Professional culinary degree or certification required
• Must have 3-5 years of previous Pastry Chef experience
• Luxury hospitality/fine dining background required
• Experience in production of various doughs (pizza, donuts) is required
