Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operation of organizational systems such as the Donor & Volunteer Management System.
  • Manage projects on application development or infrastructure enhancements.
  • Support cybersecurity and data protection activities, including implementation of IT security controls, basic monitoring, and compliance support.
  • Assist with Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM)–related documentation, procedures, and IT controls, in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Support Microsoft 365 (e.g., user accounts, security monitoring, configuration and compliance monitoring).
  • Support Amazon Web Services (e.g., user provisioning, security configuration and monitoring).
