JOB PURPOSE:
This role supports the day-to-day HR operations while working closely with business leaders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities. The position focuses on hands-on HR operations, employee support, and process implementation , while providing basic advisory support to managers on HR matters.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
