            Player Development & Revenue Growth Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high‑value domestic gaming players. 
Analyze guest gaming activity, theoretical performance, trip frequency, and worth to identify growth opportunities. 
Proactively solicit and book incremental trips to increase visitation and gaming revenue. 
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and player development targets. 
Identify and re‑activate lapsed players through strategic outreach initiatives. 
Guest Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned players, ensuring seamless and highly personalized experiences. 
Build strong long‑term relationships through consistent communication (phone, messaging, in‑person engagement). 
Conduct property tours and host on‑property visits to enhance guest engagement.
