JOB SUMMARY

Assist in the day-to-day operations within the Facility Management department ensuring plant and equipment operate with the least amount of down time. Maintain the shopping mall facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, ACMV systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs. Participate in the overall Engineering Management whilst maintaining a “hands on role”.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Sees to it that general and emergency repair and Facilities Management works for all plant and equipment are executed within an acceptable timeframe.
2. To ensure all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation are always comply to the latest legal regulation imposed by Suruhanjaya Tenaga/DOSH/local authorities.
3. To monitor and maintain the automatic meter reading (AMR) is always in working condition.
4. Ensures minimum downtime of FM system. <...
