**Description**
This role is part of the office of the Chief of Staff to the CTO. Provides strategic support for ensuring effective implementation of key priorities & programs, organizing strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. This individual will play a key role in supporting the CoS in managing cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment across departments and preparing key materials for key stakeholders (i.e., Executive Team, Board, other cross-functional business leaders). Supports the development and implementation of the TD&A LT Calendar, Executive Team and Board of Directors preparation and materials development, TD&A Scorecard.
Key Considerations:
+ Thought partner by navigating Tech, D&A organization, cross-functional teams, processes and overall enterprise priorities. Must act as an enabler, connector and aligner. High levels of influence is required across senior leaders while building credibility across the organization.
