Overview

As Executive Director, Software Development, you will lead the vision and execution of how we build, deliver, and operate software across Cineplex’s Digital Product and Enterprise Systems portfolios. You will set modern development practices, drive excellence in developer experience, quality, performance, reliability, security, and SDLC governance, and responsibly adopt AI‑enabled tools to enhance speed, quality, reliability, and security. Partnering closely with leaders across Product, Design, QA, Architecture, Cyber Security, and Operations, you will align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes that power revenue growth, enhance the guest experience, and support core business operations. This hybrid position requires 3 days in the office per week at 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.
