This role leads SMB and Mid-Market sales teams with significant focus on Genius, develops market expansion initiatives, and ensures alignment with broader organizational objectives. This position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership of field sales delivery, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization. The Executive Director partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, including product, operations, and finance, to deliver consistent, scalable sales performance across assigned territories.
