The Mission
As the Executive Director for our Singapore entity, you will serve as the strategic leader and the primary face of our local operations. This is a 'Founding Leader' role focused on scaling our Payment Services Act (PSA) regulated business. You will be responsible for maintaining our payment license, building a world-class local team, and driving commercial growth in the region's fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Entity Leadership & Team Building: Lead the '0-to-1' setup and scaling of the Singapore office, including strategic organizational design and recruiting key functional leads across compliance, ops, and business.
Regulatory Stewardship (PSA): Assume ultimate responsibility for the firm's compliance with the Payment Services Act (PSA) and all MAS guidelines. Ensure our Major Payment Institution (MPI) license remains in good standing.
