Responsibilities - Create and implement menus that adhere to the restaurant’s standards, as well as the local tastes and preferences
- Develop recipes for new dishes as needed
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and are cooked correctly and presented attractively
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, of the highest quality, and meet health codes
